This event paid tribute to a half century of Emory’s sororities. Co-sponsored by the Center of Women, Office of Sorority
and Fraternity life, and Alumnae and Women of Emory (AWE). Panelists discussed Emory sororities in relation to the
women’s and civil rights movements, and their impact on the evolution of women’s leadership development at Emory.
